Four equal quarters · nearly adopted by the League of Nations

Elisabeth Achelis’s 1930 reform: four identical quarters of 91 days (31, 30, 30), each opening on a Sunday, so every quarter of every year is the same shape. A Worldsday closes the year outside the weekly cycle. It reached the floor of the League of Nations and was still being debated at the UN in 1955 before stalling over that week-breaking extra day.
